To reach the ambitious sustainability goals they’ve set for themselves, the city requires building owners to report on their energy performance through a citywide benchmarking program. But with hundreds of buildings—and limited tools to streamline the process—reporting was slow, inconsistent, and often error-prone.
Verdanity partnered with the City of Philadelphia to design and develop a custom software solution that automates benchmarking reporting at scale. Our platform pulls data from multiple sources, standardizes it, and generates reports that meet the city’s sustainability and regulatory requirements—no manual entry, no time-wasting guesswork.
